The hair quality is exceptional. The certification course was less than thorough. I reached out to my educator several times with questions and concerns and she was not very helpful. The beads the company sells for the I tip method are terrible. They slip very easily and break easily which can damage hair. They actually recommend buying beads from other companies which can be difficult to do without an account and to know which beads will be a decent quality. Hopefully they will sort out this problem soon because I love the customer service. I also think the certification training could have been more thorough for the money spent.
