I’ve been a loyal Cinderella Hair client for 15 years. I was certified with them and have purchased several hundred dollars worth of product, thousands if you want to count what I’ve paid in shipping. Today, I am officially done. their customer service is absolutely horrific. How are they still in business? I sent an email to customer service the day I received my last shipment. That was over a week and a half ago now. Jessica responded via text the next day and couldn’t help me because she was teaching in Kansas. That was a week ago. I purchased 2 pink fantasy bundles and they look NOTHING like the swatch. They are hardly pink. They are more blonde with a tiny pink hue in certain spots. It looks awful and I absolutely cannot put this on my clients head. A refund should have been discussed instantly, but like always, customer service is lacking. 2 years ago I was told I would recieve free replacement tapes for the garbage tape in extensions I ordered. I never received anything. The quality of the hair and has become unusable. Their shipping costs are outrageous from just one state over, and it’s impossible to get decent communication from them. I’ve toyed with switching companies for a while now, and this just sealed the deal for me. Today I left a voicemail asking for someone else to contact me and help me. Who texts messages me? Jessica! Apologing but she’s still out of town and will get to it today. My client is coming in on Tuesday. Now I have to fix these awful extensions myself on a holiday weekend. Moving forward I’ll be buying from Bellami. The customer service there is phenomenal!
HORRIBLE extensions!!! You get what you pay for. I used Babe for a year before trying Cinderella. Babe was so much more expensive so I thought I’d try Cinderella. I started using them 4 months ago. There are so many things wrong with their hair. 1) the tape is very noticeable. 2) the tape would not stay attached to my hair. I had 8 sandwiches come out within a couple days of installing them. We tried again and it happened again. Finally we took them out and used Babe tape. Then they held nicely. 3) After awhile, the Cinderella tape curled out and it protruded. It was awful. I had all these things poking out all around me head. It was so embarrassing. Doesn’t happen with Babe tape. 3) this is probably the WORST problem. After a week, the hair is frizzy. It starts balling us and looks like a rats nest. I literally have to brush it all day long because it’s constantly tangled and bunched up. That’s embarrassing too. REALLY embarrassing. Babe hair never did that. Babe hair was straight and silky smooth. About a month ago my stylist told me about a product for frizz and I ordered something called “WOW Dream Coat”. There are several WOW products but the dream coat was wonderful. At least for a day or two. It took the frizz out and it didn’t tangle. That product was around $30. I’m on my second bottle. It lasts about a month. Because this hair is so bad, I’m on my third set of extensions. I’ve had to go from reinstalling every 5 weeks to 3 weeks. The only way I could afford it was by removing them myself with Babe remover and re-taping them before going to the salon. I thought I was saving money with Cinderella extensions but I’m actually spending more. I was told we are likely only going to get two months out of this hair. I may have saved a couple hundred upfront but with having to buy them so often and using expensive products I am spending more money. Quite a bit more. I also bought some different hair for the top row that actually has hair on the outside of the hair which pretty much hides the tape. Now if my hair blows in the wind, you can’t see I’ve got extensions. Those extensions cost just as much as doing the entire head with Cinderella. I will NOT buy anymore of the Cinderella product. I’m going back to Babe and using that other extension for the top row. I also want to say that I take excellent care of my extensions. I sleep on a silk pillowcase, braid my hair into piggy tales at night so there’s no tangling, dry my hair with a t-shirt, only use hair extensions shampoo and conditioner, and shampoo on the scalp and conditioner on the ends. I use only hair extensions products. I use a heat protectant and I try not to touch them too often to avoid taking oils off the hair. Cinderella is just an inferior product and I will not use it again. I’m going back to Babe. Hope this helps you make an informed decision.
I am the owner of Tinted Hair Salon in Oakwood, North London.I have used Cinderella hair extensions for over 15 years. On this occasion I ordered the “permed” hair extensions for a client who always leaves their hair curly, the client complained a day after application that the hair wasn’t curly. I asked her to come in for me to have a look and she was correct. I contacted Cinderella Hair and asked for a refund for my client and for the money I spent as the hair wasn’t permed at all and just wasn’t as advertised. They proceeded to ask for pictures and also the hair itself to be sent back to them to check, so I did. I was then told by Jo the manager, she will get back to me when the hair arrives. The hair arrived the next day, I was then told she was out of the office and will get back to me later. This was 4 weeks ago! Totally unprofessional! She was extremely rude when dealing with me. All of their customer service that I spoke to were completely unprofessional in their manner in dealing with me and simply just rude. All they could come up with as a resolution was offering me credit on my account which after the way they have dealt with the situation, the credit is just no good to me. I have had to compensate my client by myself with no help or care from Cinderella Hair, when it was the product itself that they supplied that wasn’t as advertised (yet still expensive to buy) not my service.
I’m very disappointed
I love the hair and the tabs. I have been wearing the 22 inch wavy and took them out and had zero residue in my hair. I’ve tried many other brands but these definitely hold up the best. I am hard on mine with working out and pulling my hair up. I’ve got 4 clients wearing them right. Ow and they love them!
I have been wearing Cinderella hair extensions in the platinum/lightest blond shade for years. They used to be beautiful and full. They changed their lightest blond shade and now it is not as light is very golden with a redish tint. I used to get a full pretty look. Now the extensions are very thin and sparse. The quality is definitely not the same. Currently looking for another company to use.
Cinderella hair extensions was the go to hair company for good quality extensions. Today I tried to call to order and was literally hung up on 5 times by Lupa. When I asked to talk to Stan the owner, of course he wasn’t available. Ordering used to take 2 days and you were mailed the hair. I was told that the tape in color was not available to the end of the month. So of course I asked, can I put it on hold when It comes in. They have no clue about whether or not that color will come. WHAT KIND of company runs like that? By bye
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Want to talk about a company that doesn’t care about the costumer… it’s them! I have been using this company for over 6 years, carrying two accounts with them. Have a handful of clients on extensions. As we all know extensions are not cheap. Besides the hair falling apart, getting 18inch extensions when 20inchs were ordered and paid for for, the costumer service has to be the worst part. Long story short I ordered 4 packs of hair, only 3 packs showed up. Cinderella claims it left their place so there is nothing they will do. Even after stating how upset we were that they couldn’t make it right by just sending the missing pack (totaling $60) they still didn’t care. I would stay far far away from this company when looking at extensions. Take your business elsewhere!
I was using Cinderella hair for years, and would never have a bad word said against them…….
Well I’m very sorry to say the hair has gone down hill! The quality is very poor, feels and looks like straw. Will never use them again. Cinderella pull your finger out, your hair quality is shocking
I have used Cinderella hair twice now and both time have had extreme breakage and shedding. The extensions lasted about 2 months prior to me having to have them removed both times because my hair looked so fried and shaggy. I never had an issue with the bonds but the hair itself was of poor quality. It was also very coarse compared to my natural hair. I have switched to a different company in hopes that I have better luck. I don’t over wash my hair, I use quality products and I only applied heat to it every few days so I wasn’t drying the hair out with my care. The salon I use actually quit using Cinderella altogether because of all of the complaints and issues they have had with the hair quality.
I have tried four different brands of hair and Cinderella hair is beautiful and natural looking hair. HOWEVER …. the hair sheds dramatically. I had virtually no shedding with any of the other brands but Cinderella sheds terribly. Massive shedding. The adhesive is poor and the strips themselves are rigid and awkward and they are highly noticeable because of their opaque and somewhat milky color. They are not transparent. I love the actual hair by Cinderella but everything else about it …the most important parts like the hair staying in is downright horrible. Please, Cinderella, please make your product better. I don’t buy that gorgeous hair again because it won’t stay in and what did stay is going down the drain. Very disappointed.
This was one of the first hair extension companies I used. They were and still are at every show with their outdated black and pink stand. The quality of this product has really gone down hill and the customer service was good; they were my first so I will always think of them fondly but I cannot use them on my clients any more…..
Absolutely loved these extensions! I love the way they blended in with my real hair. They were super soft and smooth as well. Very easy to take care of too! Also a great price for the quality you get with these extensions.
When i had a chance to buy my first extension i decided to follow my friend’s suggestion and i loved!!!!!!! Till now i have the extensions, and that was 3 years ago 😀
I just can’t see a new one now, however i loved having a chance to have my first extension (and not just receive a great product but have it with me for so long).
Cinderella hair was one of the first tape extension brands that I used in the salon. Very similar to most other types of tape extensions. For some reason with specific clients I had trouble with the bonds slipping out of the hair. Eventually I had to switch to another brand. The quality was good but they don’t have a great variety of longer lengths.
I got my extensions for Prom and my hair has never looked better. They blend so well and look extremely natural. Definitely going back to my stylist for another set.

Extremely disappointed with Cinderella. They claim to have 100% Remy human hair, but the hair tangled after the first week! Waste of money!

Cost effective for my clients but the quality of the hair is definitely not the best I’ve ever felt!

Not a huge fan of their color selection, they need more multi-toned colors!
