I ordered $20 worth of samples from Donna Bella with plans to order halo extensions after picking my color. After receiving my samples I found out that the halo extensions were being discontinued and I would not be able to purchase any. I contacted customer service to see about getting a refund and had to deal with a major attitude from the service representative. Then was told that I could only get a $7 refund on the $20 purchase. I would have never bought the samples in the first place had I have know my product would be discontinued.
Ordered my package March 20 to have it overnight . Ok fast forward two days later package is still in Memphis Tennessee. March 24 still no package still no movement from fedex .. fast forward to April 2.. still nothing spoke with Donna bella about 7 times as to seeing my hair appointment came and went with no hair so I just wanted my money back at this point because so annoyed. Donna bella has the nerve to tell me my refund is $486 when I paid
$568.. their excuse !!!!! CHARGED A 15 % FEE!!! IM SORRY WHATTTTT YOU CHARGED ME A FEE FOR MY PACKAGE GETTING LOST? YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MIND!!! I AM A HAIRDRESSER AND INFLUENCER . I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE PURCHASES FROM THIS BUSINESS.
The hair quality isn’t that bad, but the reusability is horrible you can not reuse this hair! You have to order several more packages of this hair because it is so thin. This is my 2nd time of trying this brand to see if I just got faulty packages. My stylist called Donna Bella and told them that the hair wasn’t able to use more than one time customer service is horrible, they wont exchange or refund! I had the beaded extensions.
I really like the clip in extensions they offer. The options of trendy looks, like ombré, is the best thing about this company. I was not too impressed with thier tape ins but loved the clip

I’ve never reused them. I always feel that by the time the need to be reapplied it’s prob time for a new set. I’d love to be able to reuse though.
I have to say I’ve tried everything else out there in the market I have been using Donna Bella for about 5 years now they literally last longer then expected time Ofcourse with proper care the gram is correct the quality is amazing the hair is top notch and I can always count on it to be consistent and a hit with my clients I would never switch highly highly reccomend -Ricardo
I love Donna Bella! The hair is thicker per stand than most companies and I use less amount of pieces to accomplish a full head. I have been doing hair extensions for over 10 years and they are one of the best in customer service, hands down.
If ever you have an issue Veronica and Melanie and both right on top of helping you make it right. I work with at least 8 different hair companies and they have the best customer care team ever!!!
I suggest them all the time to other stylist!
My first time using the Donna Bella extensions. Not happy at all! I have only had them in for two months if that and they appear fried!! My stylist also feels the same way and she knows I take care of my hair and use all good products. I am having her remove them! Awful!!! I previously used extensions from Sally’s Beauty and love them therefore going back to those!
I love the Bella Donna look on myself, the application time wasn’t very long and the color was perfect, I’m a little strapped for cash so when I can afford it again I’m definitely going for it

The colors are nice…and the bonds are not awful…but I feel the hair itself lacks I’m quality. I also felt the company does not handle unhappy consumers in an appropriate fashion.
I’ve only used their clip-ins, but they served us really well! There wasn’t any education involved, as they were clip-ins, but I have attended some of their classes and the educators are really knowledgeable.
This is my first time getting hair extensions and I am very pleased with the results. My hair is thicker and longer, and I have gotten sooo many compliments.
