Best hair extensions Education
And great customer support ,
Very good quality hair ,
If you take care of the hair it’ll last 4-5 months.
Low maintenance than any other extensions.
Very flexible with lots of different hair styling . Like your own hair , Most natural looking hair extensions
Working with many different extensions, easihair pro extensions are made so well making the application and removal process that much easier and the best part is you’re not damaging any hair! Love and appreciated by both myself and my clients!!
I went to the best of the best to get these extensions put in. I was told all of the celebrities who use these extensions… and fell right into the trap. I can’t believe I didn’t realize this, but all of the celebrities they told me had either brown or black hair. I have blonde hair with highlights. These extensions might be okay for those who don’t have bleach in their hair, but for those of us who do, these will RUIN your hair. I am still trying to fix the damage two years later. I lost 6 inches of hair to these extensions, as when they came out, the last 6 inches were wispy and completely damaged. I didn’t change anything in my hair routine except the use of these extensions. I’ve had 4 different kinds of extensions, and these were the absolute WORST. Use microbeads, not keratin bonding! Microbeads left a very small amount of damage, but nothing noticeable! These aren’t reusable (like microbeads are) and cost me $1800. Two months of great hair was NOT worth two years of trashed hair.
Aweful, just aweful. I’ve had extensions for years and these are the WORST. The tapes leave sticky, gluey mess in your hair. They stick together, in a big bunch. I gave up after the second allocation, and asked my stylist to remove and replace with Hotheads, the brand they used before. What a waste of money very disappointing!!!!
DO NOT USE GREAT LENGTHS TAPE EXTENSIONS!!! Apparently tape extensions are new to Great Lengths and it shows in the product. The tape residue from their tape DOES NOT come off your hair. I reached out to Great Lengths after my extensions started slipping after only having them in 11 days after my first removal/fill-in. Great Lengths reached out to my stylist and assured me the next time I go in, my extensions would be put in successfully. All of this happened a month before my wedding. When I went in to have them redone after the slippage, it took 5 washes and clarifying of my hair and lots of hard brushing and still there was a good amount of residue left. After my hairstylist was frustrated enough, she reached out to Great Lengths again, only to be told she was doing everything right. After the 6th wash, 90-95% of the residue came out – NOT using Great Lengths products! After telling Great Lengths this and demanding a refund as their product has damaged my natural hair and obviously still has things to work on to improve their product, they told me to reach out to my salon as the service was done there. Thing is – Great Lengths themselves told my stylists they were doing everything right. So why should they be responsible if it is a problem with the product – that comes from Great Lengths? It’s not like my salon makes the hair and the tape used. DO NOT get these tape in extensions unless you want a large amount of hair loss, lots of time and pain with removing and disappointment after seeing slippage after only a few days. Great Lengths did not take responsibility for these flaws – they do not back their product so be weary if you purchase any!!
I have had Great Lengths hair extensions twice before and on both occasions they have lasted 20 weeks. However, 12 weeks ago I had them in for the third time and 24 hours later, hair started to fall out of the actual bond! I then went on to notice that on brushing my hair, the bottom of the bonds were really luggy, and I had to hold my bonds to get a brush through! I had never had this problem before either! I left it 8 weeks to see if it would settle down, but to no avail, so when I went back to my usual hairdresser for a trim, I mentioned it all to her. Funnily enough, at the very same time, another of her clients came into the salon to say that 1 week after having hers done for the third time, one of the bonds had already fallen out and she showed her that you could not get the brush through the bottoms of the bonds. My hairdresser was very good about it, and took photos to show the problems of both her clients to Great Lengths. She also sent back the bond of the other lady which had fallen out, and took two of my bonds out to show Great Lengths the lack of hair now left in the top of the bond! However, 4 weeks down this road, and Great Lengths are still arguing that there is nothing wrong with the bonds they have recently supplied, but the manager I spoke to today at my salon, has actually informed me, that they have had a few problems with the Great Lengths bonds recently, and in particular, the blonde bonds that myself and the other customer had. I am going to see the manager this afternoon at my local salon, but if Great Lengths don’t sort this, I am never having their bonds again!
Have been getting greatlenghs for 6 years the last two times have been terrible, It isnt the stylist but I have been getting them havent been to great I am beginning to think the quality of them is not the same anymore. Very disappointed. I think the next time I may try another brand. I would like to be happy with them for the price.
These extensions are extremely high quality and amazing when they’re installed by a great lengths trained specialist. The negative reviews seems to be people who got ripped off by salons who claimed to use great lengths but don’t. Don’t let them scare you away!!
I love their stand on stand hair. They have great length and color selection. What I don’t like is the time it takes to apply and the fact you can not reuse the hair. Also their tape in line. It’s not my favorite, and that’s being generous. When it comes to stand on strand however they dominate the market and should
Be your number one choice. Anything other than that seek elsewhere.
I used to be a great lengths lover, but when I could not buy any blondes and the quality dropped I could not justify the price. This company used to be great, but now I think they should be called Good Lengths! I still use them because 2 of our think hair clients just cannot break the habit. Their fast track tape extensions are just horrible, they should have stuck to strand by strand. That said I wish the strand by strand quality was what is was 10 years ago. Too pricey and strand by strand is outdated and takes too long!
I have been a Great Lengths certified stylist for over 12 years. They use “Indian Temple hair” which has a medium denier with a natural wave that comes in 8″, 12″, 16″ 18″ and 21″. They offer two extension methods, a strand-by-strand keratin bonded and a tape-in method. What I really like about the bonded method, particularly this brand is that you can put them in and have very little maintence for 3-5 months. If you any have a natural wave in your hair, these air dry beautifully giving you the perfect beachy wave with little or no product. If you’re looking for a strand-by-strand keratin bonded method, I would recommend Great Lengths. After clarifying and drying your client each application takes about 30min-1hr per bundle, the average full head takes 4 bundles, so this can be a very time consuming service start to finish. After 3-5 months the hair is removed and cannot be reused. What I absolutely do not like about Great lengths is their tape-in line. In my experience their tape-in hair is not the same quality or thickness as their keratin bonded hair. They say there is the same amount of hair in 1 bundle of the tapes as there is in 1 bundle (25 strands) of their keratin bonded, but there seems to be much less hair, and for what they are charging it’s a rip off. Additionally I do not like their tape application method and the size of the panels themselves are too tall and not wide enough, when it comes to the tape-ins a thinner is better (more comfortable) and these aren’t. If you’re thinking about becoming certified to use their keratin bonded method I recommend them, but if you’re looking for an excellent tape-in method you absolutely have to try easihair pros – easi-lengths, they’re amazing. As far as the bonded method goes, they’re great. My clients with thicker, fuller, naturally wavy or curly hair love them. The length and color selection is great when they’re in stock, however within the past 3 years I have been experiencing problems with colors and lengths being backordered for several months, particularly the blonde shades. Offering great lengths helped me to establish a very loyal clientele fairly quickly. For years this was the only extension method I offered, however the extension world is changing and new methods have developed. While this is an excellent fit for my thicker, fuller, naturally wavy clients, it’s not the best fit for my fine, thin haired clients.
Great Lengths is a wonderful brand of fantastic quality. The length, of course, is also great too. 😉 The time for application is quite time consuming, though you do trade off with little up keep for the months that you have them in, so that is definitely a benefit. All in all, wonderful hair, wonderful brand.
I’ve tried many different brands of hair extensions, but Great Lengths is by far my favorite. If you are low maintenance, these hair extensions are definitely the right fit for you. I wake up really early for work, and don’t always want to do my hair. With these extensions I can rock a natural beach wave with minimal styling.
