I am a certified Klixtensionist and I have been working with the brand since Winter 2016. The hair quality is amazing! The wefts are super lightweight and the overall thickness is great. Education is fair. There was a mix up when I attended the class and I think their were too many stylists to one educator. She handled it very well though. I would like too see a little more variety when it comes to the color selection. It only comes in 2 lengths, 18″ and 22″. It takes about an hour for the application which makes more room to book other clients throughout the day. Customer service is great! They are always so pleasant and it doesn’t take long to order!

They don’t damage my client’s hair and are easy to maintain. Like any extension you must educate your client about care, build up and HEAT PROTECTION.
Klix customer service is awesome. Extremely accessible, friendly, helpful, and listen to feedback. Klix is now offering regional continuing education, but they also do webinars with their head educator.
It’s a been a great addition to my business. Overall, a small investment for an excellent product.

Hair Quality is good, however it isn’t ideal for thin/fine hair. The attachment itself is too heavy and bulky for thin hair. Thin hair slips out of the micro-link, and the weft will show through hair that doesn’t have as much density as the extensions.
